a) new to pilates
b) wanting to join Clinical Pilates sessions, or
c) who have special considerations that may affect your movement.

In this session we discuss your personal needs and goals, assess your current movement function, and go over the basics of pilates including utilising breath, activation of deep core muscles, pelvic floor health, and postural imbalances that may cause pain. 

Clinical Program Show — 60 mins

Private 1hr consultation following on from those who have previously had an Initial Assessment for Clinical Pilates classes.

During this session, you will be guided through your new individualised program to become familiar with the exercises and ready to join our small group Clinical Pilates classes.

FREE Consult with Postpartum Midwife Jacinta (obligation free) — 20 mins

FREE Aware Parenting Support Initial Consult — 20 mins

Parenting is one of our biggest challenges and knowing where to turn for support can be difficult. Everyone has their opinions but, at the end of the day, you get to decide how to parent your child.

Danni is a certified Aware Parenting Practitioner and Educator who will guide you on a path to more joy and fulfilment on your parenting journey.
